Definitions
Seller refers to the website owner – the person to whom the order for the purchase has been given.
The buyer refers to the person or organization placing the order.
Goods or services refer to the product(s) for which the buyer has placed an order for the seller.
Payment
All payments are due upon completion of an order. If payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be delivered. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Shipping Policies
Through the NurseLib website, you can easily and instantly obtain and use your purchased files just after completing the payment process. Our system will send you a confirmation message that contains the download-able links. Download links do not expire and you can re-download your files anytime. We strongly recommend keeping a copy of the email message you receive.
Refund/Return Policy
There will be some points to consider when refunding a test bank or a solutions manual you ordered from our store
You can refund the purchased product in the following cases;
- You have not received or downloaded the test bank.
- There is a major defect with the file you received.
- The file you received is not complete or missing some chapters.
You CAN NOT request a refund in the following cases;
- You have previously returned a test bank from NurseLib Shop.
- Request a refund for multiple items.
