NURSELIB.COM Refund Policy
There will be some points to consider when refunding a test bank you ordered from our store

You can refund the purchased product in the following cases;

You have not received or downloaded the test bank.
There is a major defect with the file you received.
The file you received is not complete or missing some chapters.
In the event that a transaction error has occurred while making the payment, a refund in most cases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.

You CAN NOT request a refund in the following cases;

  • You have previously returned a test bank from NURSELIB.COM Shop.
  • Request a refund for multiple items.

Accepted Refund’s Request

  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
  • Refunds may take up to 14 days to be returned back depending on your bank’s or your credit card issuer’ss policy.

Abuse of Return Policy

Nurselib.com reserves the right to reject and refuse to provide refunds to any person for any reason not prohibited by law, including, but not limited to, abuse of its return policy.
